jQode

SaaS business solutions

Operations software that does the work, not just records it.

jQode builds web apps, dashboards and mobile apps for day-to-day operations — with AI inside them that produces the work, handles what comes in, and hands the judgment calls back to a person.

AI

What the AI actually does.

Four things, each of them running in a live product today. We build the product layer on top of vendor models — we don't train our own — and we leave AI out of the products that don't need it.

01

AI that produces the work

The deliverable itself — generated in full, then checked by the person whose name goes on it.

LearnStack

A topic becomes a whole course: modules and typed lessons, quizzes with explanations, assignments graded against a 100-point rubric, slide decks, and animated lessons narrated in a synthesised voice. Coding labs come with a task, starter code in JavaScript, Python or Java, and six hidden tests — submitted code runs in a sandbox and is graded against them.

PathLink

Drafting for pathologists from the typed case text: diagnosis suggestions, report drafts, clinical summaries, autocomplete inside the case fields, and a chat scoped to that case. The pathologist reviews and signs — the AI assists the report, it does not make the diagnosis.

02

AI that handles what comes in

Enquiries arrive before anyone is free to read them. They get understood, checked, and either dealt with or put in front of a person with the context already attached.

vQard

Support on WhatsApp is triaged by AI: it works out what the customer is actually asking, verifies the account, files the ticket, and escalates anything that needs a human.

Onboarding

Setting up a new client starts by reading their existing website and returning a structured profile — services, prices, hours, contact details, real photos. It is instructed never to invent a fact, so a field it can't find stays empty.

03

Products your own agents can operate

Most software gives you a chatbot inside it. Ours gives your agent the controls — Model Context Protocol servers that expose the product's real operations, scoped to your account and revocable at any time.

LearnStack

17 MCP tools: course, user, batch and enrollment management alongside the AI authoring. Access is scoped to a single institute, granted over OAuth or an API key, and revocable from the admin screen.

vQard

A customer issues their own MCP token from Settings and points their agent at their card — updating it by conversation instead of by form.

04

Systems that act on their own, and escalate

Some of it runs with nobody watching. And when the next move is a person's call, it says so rather than making it.

jQode ops

An operations loop reads the state of the business twice a day, works out which actions matter most next, writes them back into the system, and escalates the decisions to a human.

Copilot

On a live sales call — transcribed in the browser — the rep gets tactical talking points and objection handling while the call is still happening.

What we do

We build the systems a business runs on, then we run them.

Most operations are held together by spreadsheets, group chats, and someone who remembers how it works. We replace that with software your team can trust — designed around your process, not a template.

01

Web applications

Multi-tenant business apps with the parts operations actually need: roles, approvals, records that hold up to an audit.

02

Operations dashboards

The numbers your team decides on, in one place and current. Filterable, exportable, and short enough to read.

03

Mobile apps

iOS and Android for the people doing the work — on the floor, in the field, or on the way there.

04

Payments and billing

Collection links, invoices, subscriptions, and reconciliation — wired into the same system, not bolted on beside it.

05

Integrations and automation

WhatsApp, email, accounting, and the tools you already pay for, connected so nobody has to retype anything.

06

Hosting and support

We run what we build. Deployment, monitoring, backups, and a person to reach when something looks wrong.

Selected products

Products we build and operate.

Each one started as a real operational problem and became a product other businesses in the same shape can use. Where AI does part of the work, it's marked. Where it doesn't, it isn't.

School management

Admissions, attendance, fees, exams, and parent communication for schools and multi-branch groups — with an app for parents.

LearnStack

Learning platforms

Courses, batches, assessments, and progress tracking for institutes running training at scale.

AI

Generates the course itself — outline, quizzes, rubric-graded assignments, slides, narrated lessons, and coding labs whose hidden tests grade the student's code. 17 MCP tools let an agent run the institute.

PathLink

Pathology reporting

Case records and reporting for pathology labs and the pathologists working in them.

AI

Drafts from the typed case text — diagnosis suggestions, report drafts, clinical summaries, autocomplete in the case fields. The pathologist reviews and signs.

vQard

Digital business cards

One scan, always current. Shareable digital identity for a whole team, with analytics behind it.

AI

Not in the card itself. AI triages the WhatsApp support behind it, and a per-user MCP token lets a customer's own agent edit their card by conversation.

DineCove

Restaurant operations

Menus, ordering, table and kitchen flow, and end-of-day reporting an owner will actually open.

How we work

Working software early, then kept running.

No discovery phase that ends in a document. You see the thing working while there is still time to change it.

  1. 01

    Understand the operation

How the work happens today — the spreadsheets, the chat groups, the workarounds people invented.

  2. 02

    Ship a usable slice

One real workflow, in weeks. Your team uses it, tells us where it's wrong, and we adjust.

  3. 03

    Roll out with your team

Data migration, training, and the messy first month — handled with you, not handed over.

  4. 04

Run it and keep changing it

Hosting, monitoring, and ongoing work, so the system keeps up as the business changes.
